Ngozi Aderibigbe is a Partner in the law firm of Jackson, Etti & Edu where she heads the Commercial Intellectual Property Practice and doubles as Sector Head of Technology, Media & Entertainment. Her expertise, which cuts across the value chain of origination, production, financing, marketing and distribution of creative work, has been recognised by Managing Intellectual Property, a global ranking body for intellectual property lawyers. She has advised on several film production and film finance deals in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom, and is experienced in advising on intellectual property issues in high profile commercial transactions like mergers and acquisitions, equity financing and IP securitisation. Ngozi Aderibigbe is an executive officer of the NBA-SBL Committee on Sports, Media & Entertainment, where she plays a key role in promoting awareness on legal aspects of creative business in Nigeria.
